T BOT Web Studio
§1 · what the studio buildsSmall-business websites, built to a measured standard and handed over with the numbers. Static, self-contained, no build step, no runtime requests, deployed to Cloudflare Pages. Two shipped and live.
| Parameter | Conditions | Min | Typ | Max | Unit | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Sites shipped | One a roofing company in Victoria, one a travel brand in Uganda; both live | — | 2 | — | sites | skyhighroofing.net · sacred-earth.pages.dev |
| Text contrast, measured | Sacred Earth, every text surface over photography, glyphs hidden, brightest decile, eight stations | 7.13 | 14.3 | 16.8 | ratio | rendered-page measurement, not stylesheet values; floor 7.0 (AAA) |
| Third-party requests per page | Fonts, images and scripts shipped with the page; no CDN, no script host, no tracking | — | 0 | 0 | requests | self-containment rule, checked at each deploy |
| Build step | Hand-written HTML, CSS and JavaScript; sub-pages generated from content files | — | none | — | — | a client can open the folder and read the site |
| Documentation shipped | Per site: build notes, a design system as deployed, every asset with its licence | — | 3 | — | documents | so another party can work on it later |
| Typ is the value observed on the shipped work; min and max are the range across it. A dash means the parameter has no range or was not measured. | ||||||
T BOT
§2 · the flagship proofAn autonomous trading platform on prediction markets, live with real money since April and run to a written doctrine: every knob replayed against logged history before it changes, every edge started at capped size with a verdict date. For the investor case, the pitch and the live demo are the hand-off; this sheet carries the engineering.
| Parameter | Conditions | Min | Typ | Max | Unit | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Live since | First real-money trade on the weather surface; the platform predates its own git history by a month | — | 2026-04-24 | — | date | trade log, reconstructed 2026-06-17 |
| Trading surfaces | One live with real money, three in paper validation, one retired on evidence | — | 5 | — | surfaces | master document |
| Guard chain | Every order on the live path passes all of them or is not placed | — | 14 | — | layers | master document §6 |
| Disciplines | Each one written after a real incident, not before | — | 15 | — | D1–D15 | master document §7 |
| Scale gates | Conditions that must hold before size increases | — | 6 | — | gates | master document §10 |
| Infrastructure cost | One droplet plus Cloudflare, monthly | — | <50 | — | USD / month | hosting invoices |
| Operating cost | About nine tenths of it is model inference | — | ≈500 | — | USD / month | usage logging, per call |
| Returns | Not published on this sheet | — | — | — | — | the platform's own surfaces show them with their basis; a live status here is not evidence of profit |
| Counts are exact and come from the platform's master document, the source of truth for every self-description. Costs are typical for the month stated. | ||||||
JobScout
§3 · a shipped productA job-search copilot that scores real postings with a language model and shows its reasoning. Public demo, public repository, native apps on both phones. The proof that the studio ships products, not only systems.
| Parameter | Conditions | Min | Typ | Max | Unit | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Shipped as a product | Public demo and repository; brand kit as law | — | 2026-09-03 | — | date | jobscout.tbot.trade · kenmwara/jobscout-app |
| Scoring latency | Max is the serial path before v0.4.0; typ is concurrent scoring after it, 2026-09-04 | 4.3 | 4.3 | 40 | seconds | release notes v0.4.0 |
| Native apps | iOS in SwiftUI, Android in Kotlin and Compose, both building green in CI | — | 2 | — | apps | Codemagic builds |
| Feed schema | One postings list, each carrying the gate's verdict; the same contract for web and both apps | — | 1 | — | schema | repository |
Method
§4 · rules, not virtuesThe same rules run the trading platform, the product and the client sites. Each exists because of a specific incident.
- Measure, never eyeball.Contrast is read off the rendered page with the glyphs hidden. A number that was not measured is shown as a dash.
- Replay before you change. No live setting moves until the change has been run against logged history and graded on real outcomes.
- Deposits are never profit.Money in and money out are recorded in a ledger separate from results; the two are never allowed to blur.
- Say so where it cannot be said. When a page cannot state something truthfully, it states that instead of filling the space.
- Numbers are labelled, never fabricated.Every figure carries its unit, its conditions and its source, and stale variants are hunted down.
- New edges start capped.Anything new runs at test size with a verdict date already in the calendar.
